BORDER DESIGN
To create Border design, I created an icon by hand scanned it in. I cleaned the image in photoshop. I then added colours in it,using photoshop tools. copy tool to copy the section to re colour then paste on the other layer, change the colour by using paint bucket tool.
I select the motif and resize it. I copied the motif (Edit: Copy) and flipped it (Edit: Transform: Flip horizontally) to mirror each other. Then again I copied the motif (Edit: Copy) and flipped it (Edit: Transform: Flip horizontally) to mirror each other.and in the middle of the border I took part from repeat mirrored print and use in this and I also my motif in different size to make it prominent. For background colour I choose colour from my colour palette. the I also use print on the background which are fade. to make them Fade affect I used gradient tool in the photoshop.
