Air Transat A330-243 C-GITS
Air Transat A330-243 C-GITS rolling on Manchester Airport's 23R on a flight to Toronto-Pearson.
c/n 271 first flew at Toulouse Blagnac as F-WWKY on the 17th March 1999 before being delivered to Air Transat on the 28th April 1999. This aircraft has a little history to it - on the 28th April 2001 when operating a flight from Lisbon to Toronton (TS236) the aircraft ran out of fuel due to a leak and the crew succesfully divereted to Lajes in the Azores and landed with the only damage being to the tyres! The aircraft spent a winter season in 2018/19 with Thomas Cook Scandinavia as OY-VKK in a deal where the A321's went the other way. Now aged 22 the aircraft is stored at Toronto-Pearson awaiting an uncertain future.
