Carlstadt | Bastionstraße

The Stahlhof (Steel Yard) at Bastionstraße was built for the Steel Works Association AG. The building, whose name is linked to the London Steelyard, originated from the self-understanding of the steel industrialists.

The New Steel Yard was built on the south side of the Stahlhofs as another administrative building of the steel industry.

Today the house is the seat of the administrative court of Dusseldorf.
