This image is of Bill with his dog Tilly. Tilly is a rescue dog. Bill used to live in Ormskirk but needed to move to Liverpool for health reasons. He loves Ormskirk and comes most weekends with his wife. His wife joins in with a group called 'Stand in the Park', which a global movement of peoplewho meet and talk. Bill does not take part but walks Tilly around the part and on this day enjoys the sun and grooms Tilly.
