The CN main line to the Maritimes stays in Canada for its entire length. At times it is within sight of Maine. The stretch between Edmundston and Baker Brook, New Brunswick the railway runs along the Saint John River which forms the International Border with the United States. CN Train 149 # 5632, 5773 and 2272 are 4 miles west of Edmundston New Brunswick as they begin there run across the Pelletier Sub. as viewed from the United States side of the Saint John River June 25, 2010
