CP Train 269 with GP-38-2 # 3090, 3103 for power are loaded to the max and are down to a crawl climbing out of Woodstock, Ontario Oct. 11, 2014. In a area with nearby Alcos and F-Units on a great short line and busy main lines this was my highlight seeing and hearing this westbound. I will gladly shot this power any day over the endless big main line power.
