Taylorville Station gate, Riverland South Australia

Located in the Riverland Taylorville Station is a conservation zone within the Riverland Biosphere Reserve (originally named UNESCO’s Bookmark Biosphere Reserve).

 

Taylorville acts in conjunction with Calperum Station and Gluepot for the protection of Listed Critical Habitat bird species black-eared miner, as well as malleefowl and bush stone-curlew.

 

There is also protection of the southern bell frog as well as mallee and other vegetation.
