Class 144 Pacer 144009 ( Intercity??)

Pacer unit 144009 arrives at Lincoln Central Station on an 'Intercity' service from Sheffield 9th November 2017. Its unbelievable that these appalling units are used daily to connect our two city's in this day and age. Of course we all know where the money on modern trains is spent these days! The train has just passed under Lincoln's notorious 'White Elephant', the £12 Million (recent correction) super footbridge, currently closed and under repair/rebuild. Apparently Network Rail's contractor built the steps with the 'Wrong kind of materials'!! Its only a year since it was put there!
