Male Baltimore Oriole
I am so excited that my beloved Orioles are back for the summer season!! They arrived in numbers on Sunday and my backyard is filled with their beautiful songs once again.
Here is a portrait of my favorite male - he is the bravest of the bunch. It took him just one day to get used to my presence again. For this shot, I am sitting only about 4 feet from one of their favorite perches.
