Lilium henryi

This summer the lily flowers are much smaller than in a normal summer and there are not as many as usual in each flower head. The stems stand upright rather than bending over from the excess weight of flowers! Lilies do not like record breaking summer temperatures and drought. However still looking beautiful in spite of the growing conditions!
