Striped Hawk-moth (Hyles livornica).

A very unexpected bonus on our trip to Fuerteventura was this Striped Hawk-moth feeding in the daytime.

 

This is the first Striped Hawk-moth I have seen anywhere so was very pleased to get a shot like this.
