Railways and Railway Museums in Italy

My only visit to Italy to date was in 2007 when i spent a couple of days in and around Trieste after a tour of countries in the former Yugoslavia. I visited the museum in the old Campo de Marzo Station and travelled on a chartered steam train to Vila Opicina.
