Autumnal scenery in the heart of the swiss alps (on the road to Klausenpass). The picture is taken in Urigen looking towards Chammliberg (3214 m.a.s.l.). The night on the pass (1948 m.a.s.l) was rather cold and it was a good idea to sleep in the California camper-van rather than in a tent at a very nice glacier lake nearby. We tried to hike up to the small glacier lagoon the next day but unfortunately on the last few hundred meters, the wind got so strong that we decided to turn around. Maybe if the winter doesn't come to soon, we will be able to go up there again in this season...
