Little bird in a big world

Baby Masked Lapwing, such an adorable chick, hard to believe they grow up to be big noisy meanies ;-)

 

Another day out shooting with Archie McCafferty at Ash Island Wetlands (Hexham, NSW; Australia). It was a very hot day today and we did a lot of walking, I have a feeling I'll be sorry tomorrow :-)
