Superb Fairy Wren (Male)

These Fairy Wrens have a nest in a shrub that is right up against my parents kitchen window, we watched the male and female come and go all day today.

 

The highest temp here today was 46C, so we stayed inside.

 

Not sure I'll see the babies before I go home but my parents are watching. :-)
