The ruined church of Templecorran in Ballycarry, County Antrim, dates back to about 1613. But the graveyard stands on a much earlier ecclesiastical site, which is thought to have existed at least as early as 1306.
The steeple or spire in the background belongs to a more recent church built in 1847 - almost brand new by comparison!
