Nearside front upper macpherson strut pin or bush excessively worn (5.3.4 (a) (i)) - Major

Offside front upper macpherson strut pin or bush excessively worn (5.3.4 (a) (i)) - Major

Offside rear shock absorbers has negligible damping effect (5.3.2 (d)) - Major
