Roan Highlands

Fabulous views were revealed to me the day I held aloft my magic camera and said: by the power of Nikon!

 

Fellow He-Man geeks may be the only ones to catch that reference, lol!

 

Anyhow, you simply cannot beat a scene like this when you come upon it; dense clusters of Catawba Rhododendron adorning the hillsides on Grassy Ridge Bald in the Roan Highlands.
