Lead truck I developed. As you can see, it is attached to the frame with an inverted hook and pt. 4274. It has a wide range of motion side to side and it is double jointed for up and down. the first joint is right behind the rear axle of the truck and the second joint is the rear axle. This allows the lead truck to "Float" in front of the locomotive.
