New Mary Jane's, just the planes

 

I found the thinking about drawing planes made the task almost impossible. So I came back to this exercise thinking about surfaces instead, and it made much more sense to me. The rear shoe is a little too short, but otherwise I'm happy to get this far after a wobbly start
