Day 1 vs Day 7
I became a Health & Fitness Coach on November 10th and I started my workout program right away. I am in my 2nd week and I am already noticing a difference. Mainly in my posture and my energy levels. My shoulders are straighter and less rounded. I’m standing more tall. I’m sleeping better and I don't mind getting up that extra hour before work to get my workout in. I love the exercises too which has been a great help on sticking with it! They give me a good workout, without discouraging me. They make me wanting more and I look forward to the next workout. The meal plan is also great! The containers make prepping and planning my meals for the week super easy!! Anytime I start feeling like I don't want to get up and do this, I take out my before pictures. Which I absolutely HATE! Seeing my back and its ugliness makes me jump out of bed and hop to my workout! It’s my motivator. I do not want to look and feel this way. I want to be a healthier, fitter looking me! I can't wait to see my results at the end of week 3!!
