ANZAC Day 2020

Restrictions on gatherings due to the COVID-19 Pandemic meant that the usual dawn services that are held around the country to commemorate ANZAC Day were cancelled or held with limited dignitaries only. Many Australians chose to stand at the end of their driveways during dawn to remember those who had paid the ultimate sacrifice for their country in times of conflict.

I was on shift at the time and, together with some colleagues, paused to remember...and witness a beautiful sunrise.
