Worcester’s refurbished fleet of Citaros are starting to see more regular service following teething problems like electrics and lack of ticket machines. 64018 is one of 6 that have transferred in from Southampton, following service cutbacks there, which have passed through Thornton’s before entering service. Pictured here at Blackpole terminus with a 33 service back to Worcester. The tidy refurbished carried out has included white LED displays on front/side, USB Charging and Wi-Fi fitted, plus new moquette fitted to the seats. New in 2003 as LK03LNE to Slough, where it carried the blue 7 series livery. The list of Citaros now allocated to the remains of Midland Red West are 64012-6/18/21/33/35/42-45 - they will see use on most local routes and 64021/42-45 are branded as Nimrod for the 35
