Coordination center

To put it simply, this is a big, mechanical and incomprehensible thing (and my tallest MOC), which I called the coordination center - perhaps it coordinates the work of something. I always wanted to build something like that.

I do not know how it "grew" from a wooden barn. I also do not know what kind of a glowing ball is at it upstairs. So it turned out that I built a spontaneous image, not really thinking to justify it logically)
