Bio: Descended from a Irish and Italian family, Conrad was secretly part of a lineage, where all members possessed extraordinary abilities. Unlike the others, he did not enhance himself, but instead trained himself to perfection in martial arts. During his teens he met Adrian Kane, who was his roommate during their time at the University of Berkeley.
At a later time, when Conrad joined law enforcement, he would be come partners with Adrian once again and became friends After the crime rates started going even more higher and the constant struggle between his family's needs, he quit the force for good like Adrian, and became a soldier of fortune for a brief time. Conrad became a vigilante subsequently, who currently helps supply information and works secretly alongside the Grey Cop, while forming his own secret team. He currently lives with his male partner.
Powers and abilities: The ability to manipulate, generate, shape and generate light, absorb light, use light as healing and combat, fuse dark light and fly at light speeds and etc. The use of his combat comes in handy as he trains himself to perfection, especially reflexes and able to blind people quickly. Conrad is adept in arnis/escrima, Muay Thai, kendo, wing chun, stick fighting, tai chi, Krav Maga, Silat, and many more. Aside from using guns, Conrad is skilled in melee weapons, body language, coordination, meditation, pressure points, and chi. He is also skilled in trading,law enforcement, and smooth talking.
Weaknesses: Shadow, darkness (overcame most of it), 20% of hearing loss, struggles in family lineage.
Equipment: Carries the Eclipse Fusion, a bow like gun/stick which is able to shoot energy and used in close combat, one side or the other. If broken down, it can form into two energy pistols, and is able to reattach easily. He possesses two hilts when he loses his guns. Has a mask but wears it occasionally, armour set which is a little similar to Grey Cop's. Various melee weapons, rarely guns.
