Bio: Barrett was born in South Dakota. He had nearly graduated from the USD (University of South Dakota), until he dropped out. He became a soldier in the Special Forces, mostly involved with Delta Force. After that he became a mercenary, and became one of the most prominent leaders in the Exiled Sentinels Squad, consisting of superhumans, mostly former soldiers and black ops members.
He has been a common enemy of the Parliament Elite and has been at odds with Paradox Force since their first outing. Lately, his team attacked the P.E. base in the middle of a negotiation (comment if you remember what happened), and has been trying to find the third agent since the explosion. Barrett sometimes works as a right hand/second-in-command to Harrington (who wouldn't treat him like trash, he's a good, evil superior)
Powers and abilities: Shockwave generation, shockwave blasts, create earthquakes by hitting the ground, concussion punches, can generate a explosion with clapping his hands, expert at hand to hand combat, knowledge of guns, firearms and various weapons, military stuff etc. Proficient assassin, killer and sniper, capable of leading a lot of mercenaries. Has connections to some of the military.
Weaknesses: Not totally immune to his own shockwaves he generates or gets redirected back at him, generating an explosion by clapping can drain him of his energy. Can be distracted by something. Holds a grudge mostly towards Teleshift, who in turn also resents him too.
Equipment: Protective suit, various guns, knives, rifles etc.
Personality: Narrow-minded, barely resourceful, pedantic, arrogant, abrasive towards enemies, opportunistic
