Ribfest was awesome
Been on a eating spree today, which explains most of my time being absent off Flickr, which is mostly a good thing to get a nice breath of air.
I've been there since 9:30 in the morning and out of 4 vendors I've sampled/ate three of them (most of them were very good), along with fried pickles, corn on the cob and 3 cups of lemonades (first time strawberry, second time lime, and third time with cherry syrup).
Along with pulled pork, chicken, onion rings and etc, all of the ribs are smoked, grilled, and all 4 vendors have their own respective special sauce for making it—-with a secret ingredient/recipe.
Those food trucks will still be around tomorrow as it's their last destination, I'm hoping to get a lot more food tomorrow as well.
