Karlsruhe
German Navy corvette Karlsruhe in a floating dock of the Norderwerft yard in Hamburg, Germany.
Karlsruhe is currently under construction and is part of a second batch of K130 type corvettes for the German Navy. Interestingly, these ships are being built decentralised: while the foreship was built by German Naval Yards in Kiel, the aftship was manufactured by Peene-Werft in Wolgast. Both sections are then joined at Blohm & Voss in Hamburg.
