Had the most amazing day exploring the Peak District today.
First stop Winnats Pass to watch the most beautiful cloud inversion over the valley.
Then Mam Tor, sitting in blazing sunshine, coatless and enjoying what felt like spring sunshine. This is what heaven should feel like, warm, chilled and looking down on the tops of clouds.
Our final stop was Ladybower to witness the overflowing spillways which sadly weren't overflowing, but the reservoir was like glass, the light was gorgeous and the scene set itself for a photo!
All in all a fabulous day.
Rambling record: 6 miles today so definitely back on track.
Diet Diary: Burnt off a fair few calories today what with one thing and another, but just about to put them all back on with reinforcements during a luxurious hotel dinner!
