Shhh....It's all so Quiet.
Taken bleary eyed after the late night drive from Ribblehead, 4hrs sleep and seconds after opening the van door whilst miraculously locating the camera in the dark. I suppose there is only so much space in a SWB Vivaro for a camera to go missing but you'd be surprised:)
Quiet night in work tonight so slippers on, brew on the go and the dog looking ever hopeful she's about to be taken out for a walk.
My regularly midweek park up spot if I'm around Keswick. Rarely anyone here on account of a large boulder that makes it difficult for larger vans to park level.
It's a beautiful spot to wake up to and this was taken about 05:00am with a fresh brew and sorry vegans, rashers of lovely smoky bacon on the go.
It's such a good spot being able to see large areas of sky, the expanse of Derwentwater and also what the clouds look like South to Borrowdale and South West towards Buttermere.
It gives you so many options and if you're not tied to any one location then I don't think there is a finer spot to decide where you're off for sunrise.
