Rydal Water.

Early morning wander around Rydal Water.

 

I had intended on shooting the lone tree about 100 yards from here but a mother duck and her chicks were sheltering under what little cover it gives and I decided to leave them alone. It was quite a windy morning and I sat for 20 minutes or so waiting for a lull in the breeze to capture some reflections.
