Apologies for the poor title.

 

A day of celeb spotting yesterday. I took the dog for a walk around the marine lake at West Kirby earlier in the day and saw the now barrel chested former England and Liverpool footballer John Barnes walking up Telegraph Road in Heswall with a newspaper under his arm and a bag of goodies from the Shell garage.

 

I popped in to the butchers for a piece of sirloin after the dog walk and found myself stood next to Paul Brown who played 'Malcolm,' in the seminal late eighties/early nineties sitcom Watching. He was having the butcher coat some lamb leg steaks in minty sauce.

 

And finally Neil Fitzmaurice of Phoenix Nights and Peep Show fame sitting on the steps to the beach at Caldy watching the sunset.
