Special place for me. The short, sharp walk less than a mile to High Snockrigg and Moss Force waterfall I did as a child, aged 14 and led to a lifelong love of the Lakes.
My first Lakeland walk and the place of my first wild camp some 25 years later. The view down to Buttermere and Crummock is stunning with vista's overlooking Fleetwith Pike, Haystacks, Dale Head and Grasmoor.
