I helped out with this confused driver witg not many passengers on board by printed out A4 paper with Sutton Bushey Road and Morden Station show he can put them up in the front windowscreen as this particular bus type wasn't common for 413 and didn't have the number or destination on the front of the blinds. All the drivers prefer the usual 66 plate Mercedes Citaros on the route, but been receiving some strange workings on the 413 recently a Optare Versa, Optare Solo, a Optare Solo SR and this the Optare Metrocity. Due to one of the Citaros long overhanging front mirrors being damaged in a road accident down narrow road.
