Chiclana Mayor Pays Visit to the Chief Minister

The Mayor of Chiclana, Señor Don Jose Maria Roman,paid an official visit to the Chief Minister, the Hon Fabian Picardo, QC, MP today . After a meeting, the Chief Minister and Mr Roman briefed members of the Press at No 6 Convent Place.
. Mr Roman, a member of the Spanish Socialist Party, PSOE, is keen to explore ways of co-operation with the Government of Gibraltar. He believes the areas of Tourism and Air Communications are the most appropriate. Apart from these matters, others of mutual interest were also discussed.
After the meeting, the Chief Minister and Mr Roman spoke to members of the media. A working lunch followed.
