Dunnock

Dunnock / prunella modularis. Calke Park, Derbyshire. 29/10/18.

‘AUTUMN SHUFFLEWING’.

Dunnocks always seem to be on the go, creeping about jerkily and flicking their wings - a kind of ‘tut, tut reaction’ in response to the immediate world around them!

This one had paused for a split second and actually looked relaxed in the dappled afternoon light.
