Craig y Ddinas - Fortress Rock

At Pontneddfechan {pronounced pontneethvorn} at the head of the Neath Valley, the start of the Waterfalls Trail.

(Welsh) Ddinas {pronounced theenass} = Brythonic 'city' or 'fortification'. Such a settlement existed atop this peak.

The site is associated with Arthurian legend and has a cave known as "Arthur's Cave".
