The tide brings in.

Kenfig Sands. This buoy with a large colony of Goose Barnacles(lepas antifera) attached, this has probably come from warmer seas, caught up in the North Atlantic Drift and found its was to the funnel of the Bristol Channel with the second highest tides on the planet.Since the construction of the deep water harbour at Port Talbot in the c1970 Swansea Bay currents have changed and Morfa and Kenfig Sands now seem to collect all sorts of "stuff".
