Dissertation Conclusion!
After 5 months of working on my dissertation, I am finally drafting my conclusion! I am so happy. It is due in three weeks and I feel like I have progressed so much, and so much time and effort has gone into this one piece of work. I still have more to do though, like proofread and I am waiting on feedback on a chapter from my supervisor, so I will probably have a few changes to make to that, and then the same with the conclusion. But, STILL - I am so close to finishing it, and I am really happy with it too, which is amazing considering this time five months ago I was pulling my hair out and saying 'I will never be able to do this, I don't get it'. I can't wait for it to all be finished, put together and printed out. I think it will be my happiest moment to date. I have enjoyed doing it though - weirdly, though it has been really difficult and a huge learning process, but I have learned so much about the topic I have researched (learning disabilities and healthcare inequalities), it is an area that I am really interested in working in, so I am glad I have had the opportunity to delve to deep into the subject matter.
