Marker Lights Fading in the Distance

As an eastbound Norfolk Southern container train approaches the Amtrak station in Waterloo, Indiana, the marker lights on the rear of the westbound Lake Shore Limited are fading in the distance on Track 1. I didn't hear the NS train call a signal on the radio but it might be train 206.
