Something Different

I was in Bucyrus, Ohio, on a Saturday afternoon when a southbound empty hopper train came into view. The third unit looked different and it wasn't until the train got closer that I recognized that it had D8.5-40CW, a rebuilt engine that has a new cab that is still in primer paint. From a distance, the primer appeared to be light blue.
