Thunderstorm Composite
A few days ago a storm system developed to our west and I went to the hill where I usually photograph the thunderstorms coming from the west. The problem was that my kit lens only goes down to 16mm which is 24mm in 35mm terms. That wasn't wide enough because I couldn't get in the frame the entire structure of the storm which was massive. So I decided to take several photographs and in the end I had 12 photos in total. I made this panorama in Photoshop and the end result is 50.94 Mpix and has this fisheye-like distorsion which I like. In this way I could capture the base and the huge anvil with these amazing mammatus cluds.
