Foiled Thanks
Ok, now this is a technique I can get behind - Foiling without a laminator! I have a mini Minc, but it's been 85 deg the past few days. I live in Michigan, so that's pretty crazy hot for us. So who wants to turn on a heat-radiating tool!? I stamped the background with a SSS background stamp, and then used Scor-Tape in a couple different sizes to add strips of adhesive. Then you just gently rub the foil over the adhesive. You don't get quite as clean of a foiling as you do with the laminator... but it's still fun. For the "thanks," I covered some white card stock with Stick it and then die cut it. Same thing - rub the foil over top and voila!
SSS FLickr Challenge #71 is all about your favorite technique. I'm seriously hard pressed to pick just one technique. But like I said, with summer coming on, this is a top contender!
