Illumination

I haven't managed to get out with my camera for a while unfortunately, so I'm looking back over some old shots.

 

This is from a very cold and frosty trip to Elterwater last winter. I like how the sunlight appears to be 'rolling' round the corner and down the valley.

 

It was a very special morning with great conditions. Although not long after this shot was taken, clouds rolled in, and I found myself caught in a bit of a blizzard.
