CFRNA aka FRnA Medal, 1923, obverse

The Obverse shows a decorative Scene, depicting the Advantages of air Travels over other Alternatives.

A Bréguet-SPAD Biplane soaring over an open touring Car, a Stagecoach and a steam Train in the same Landscape.

These are encircled by the Company Motto:

‘QUÆ SINT QUÆ FUERINT QUÆ MOX VENTURA TRAHANTUR’ from Virgil’s Georgica IV:393, about Proteus, meaning ‘He sees what is, and was, and is to come’.
