Finishing Off Luxury.
This (believe it or not) is Battersea Power Station redevelopment which includes many new flats, sorry luxury apartments.
The build has been ongoing for some years and now the final tweaks are taking place.
The mesh screens slide on the outside of the doors to provide shelter from the sun and can be moved from left to right as required.It has been reported that many overseas buyers have already purchased a large number of the properties - probably as investment not to use as housing.
A sad state of affairs when housing in London (and the UK) is increasingly out of the reach of the normal working person.
The penthouse flats were apparently on sale at over £6 Million - each!
The gold colour is an acquired taste.
