This bus was bought originally for Arriva the Shires at Garston for the 640 along with DW191 and coded as 6100 & 6101. When The Shires' London operations were officially transferred to Arriva London North operations these buses received their current DW fleet numbers. The two buses then transferred to Arriva London South's South Croydon garage in the latter half of 2017.
