If you paid attention and built up your buyer's list then you used knowledge, (that's What you know) to create connections with people (for the Who you know). O.K., so Now it's time to make some calls to our "Buyer's List" This business is so simple sometimes it just makes me laugh. If you have the right house in the
right area at the right price, the Cash Buyers would be crazy not to buy it.
It's not rocket science
but you better know what you're doing.
