Mystic transcendence

I think this is my favorite photograph, that changes like the weather, but for now I'm really digging on this one. The pose reminds me of a medieval prior with his hands in both sleeves. That's the impression I get with the wings folded this manner. I also the lovely background blur creates a mystic atmosphere and the image of the Great white heron transcends the image plane.
