Cyclops helmet is a combination of a lego space helmet and a Arealight binoculars. I trimmed the binoculars, and glued them to the helmet upside down. I used super glue, and it took three versions to get it right. Version 4 will be slightly less crooked :)
I wanted Warren's look to appear as if his wings were hidden away. My wife made a trench-coat that was larger sized than the standard lego trench-coat. I then took a TMNT turtle shell to provide the bulk under the coat, giving it the appearance of wings strapped down under the coat.
For Angel, I trimmed Chima shoulder wing armor, so less of it shows from the front.
I want to thank Agoodfella77, his photos have been a huge inspiration for me both on creations, and to stop lurking on flickr, and contribute. I have greatly enjoyed his secret identity/civilian versions of superheroes, and this was my attempt at doing so for the X-Men.
